1. Where do i collect the items that i purchased if i choose self-collection?
You can pick up the items at:

Our operating hours are as follows:
Mon-Fri:  9.30am-5.30pm 
Sat & Sun:  11.30am–5.30pm
Public Holidays Closed.

2. What should i bring during self-collection?
Upon pick up, please present your ORDER SUMMARY DOCUMENTATION for authentication purposes

3. When must i collect the items that i purchased for self-collection?
All items must be picked up within 5 working days. 

4. What happen if i cannot pick up my items within the 5 working days time-frame?
If you have difficulties collecting your items, please drop us an email at customercare@outletdeals4reno.com
5. What is your refund policy?
If a product is damaged or defective, please take a photo image before any installation.  Email the photo image and SHIPMENT SUMMARY DOCUMENT to  customercare@outletdeals4reno.com .   
Refunds will be reviewed and Items will be exchanged only on a  case by case basis.
Please allow 3 working days for our representative to reply.
 
6. What time will you do the delivery and what must i do when i received my items?
Delivery will only be made Mon – Fri from 9am – 6pm.

Items must be checked upon delivery and any defect or dis-coloration must be returned immediately to the delivery person. Any sighting of the above after the delivery please notify us at  customercare@outletdeals4reno.com
